TROUBLESHOOTING
In normal operation, if there is a problem with the product, please to the method to solve it:
☆ Cannot take picture or video: Check if the TF card has not enough space or is locked.
☆ When the video is recorded, it will stop automatically: Because of the huge amout of HD video data, please useSDHC compatible high-speed TF-card, high-speed TF card will have C4 or C6 logo.
☆ When replaying pictures and videos, a "file erro" prompt appears: When TF card stores data, there is an error and the picture is incomplete. Please use the camera "formatting" function to reformat TF card.
☆ The image was foggy: Please check lens for dirt and fingerprints; wipe the lens with lens paper before filming;
☆ When shooting the sky, water and others scenes, the image is very dark. In large contrast scenaris, the automatic exposure function of the camera can be affected, which can be corrected by adjusting the "EV" value in the machine settings menu.
☆ Under cloudy day and indoor light source, the color performance is not perfect enough: Please check whether the machine's "white balance" function is set to automatic.
☆ Cross fringe interference in image: This is due to the incorrect setting of the "light source frequency". Please set it to " 50Hz" or "60Hz" according to the local power supply frequency.
☆ Stand on the plane. Please press the reset button to restart when the machine is down.


Note: When usign this product, due to improper operation, it can be restored to normal by pressing the reset key with a sharp object and then boothing it...
